Frequently Asked Questions – Season 31
What are your Safety Protocols?
In working with the Church, we will be monitoring and adhering to CDC and CT guidance throughout the season and will be in touch via email prior to each concert to ensure that you are aware of current attendance guidelines so you can safely enjoy our performances.
Will you be offering video tickets this year?
We are looking forward to welcoming you back in person this season!
At this time we do not have plans to make concert videos or offer video tickets during Season 31 (October 2021 – May 2022).
What is the best GPS driving address?
Please be sure to select the 4 Lyme Street address in OLD LYME or else you will end up at the wrong location in a different town.
The crossroads for the First Congregational Church of Old Lyme are Lyme Street and Ferry Road.
We are conveniently located 5 minutes of off I-95. Click here for driving directions.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Normally we do sell tickets at the door, but given we are unsure if there will be capacity restrictions at the Church, we may not be able to sell tickets at the door. We will make that determination during each concert weekend.
If in-person tickets are available for the concert, you will be able to purchase them online.
Do you take credit cards?
Yes! We take credit cards online or over the phone.
Is there reserved seating?
No, there is no reserved seating. We recommend you come at least a half hour before the start of the concert to ensure your seat.
NOTE: Capacity at the church may be limited this season given safety protocols. Safety protocols will be provided prior to each performance.
Do you mail paper tickets?
Musical Masterworks does not mail paper tickets.
You may simply provide your name at the door, print your tickets at home, or download them to your mobile phone.
