Frequently Asked Questions

What are your Covid 19 Protocols?

We will be monitoring and adhering to CDC regulations throughout the season and will be in touch with concertgoers via email prior to each concert to ensure that all are aware of a detailed list of current attendance guidelines (such as wearing masks and six feet distanced seating) so that our patrons can safely enjoy our performances.

We will have hand sanitizer stations at the entrance and exit of the church.

When and how will I receive access to the concert video?

All ticket purchasers this season (both in-person and in home) will receive access to the videos within two weeks after each concert.  We will email you the video link and instructions to enjoy each professionally produced video which will include an exclusive post concert artists’ discussion.  Each video will be available to you to watch for three weeks.

The video link will be sent to the email used when you purchased your tickets.

Can I watch the concert video on my TV even if my TV does not have internet access? YES!

If you don’t have internet access directly through your TV, you can link your computer to your TV very easily with an adaptor and your TV’s HDMI cord.

Depending on your computer, you would need either a USB to HDMI adaptor or a Mini DisplayPort or for some ultra-thin computers, a USB-C adapter. You could also project your iPhone onto your TV using a Lightening to HDMI adaptor.  (In addition to the Amazon links here, these adaptors can be found at your favorite electronics store such as Staples or Best Buy).

NOTE: Consult your computer manual for exact specifications of your computer outputs so you know what adaptor will work with fit hardware.

Once you have your adaptor, plug it into your computer, then plug one end of the HDMI cord into your adaptor and the other end into your TV.
